The total course cost is £1495, by booking online you secure your space with a £495 deposit. The remaining cost can be paid before the course starts, or in two £500 instalments.
Our in-person Advanced Traditional Upholstery course has been developed as a comprehensive 12-day course suited to students who ideally have completed the Introductory level course in traditional skills at Manorhouse, and who now want to proceed to a full armchair project. This course will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to tackle larger and more complex traditional pieces of furniture.
If you are interested in this course and haven’t completed the Introductory level course in traditional skills, but have other experience with traditional upholstery please call Jan to discuss the suitability of the course. We want to ensure that the course is of the appropriate level.
The dates are Fridays September 25th to December 11th.
